We are a full service veterinary hospital that has been in Apex, NC since 1972. Apex Veterinary Hospital Equine/Large Animal provides both in house and mobile veterinary care. Apex Equine/Large Animal operates a hospital that manages & monitors cases that require around the clock care and offers a full service breeding facility.  Additionally, Apex Veterinary Hospital Equine/Large Animal provides a surgery suite for surgical procedures. 


 Referrals routinely received from within North Carolina and surrounding states for medicine, breeding & surgery cases.

 Patients can be picked up or dropped off during normal business hours and before 6:00pm on weekdays.  On weekends they can be picked up/dropped off between 8:00am-9:00am & 4:00pm & 5:00pm.  If a patient needs to be picked up or dropped off outside these hours then a $25 after hours fee will be charged and arrangements MUST be made with the on duty doctor.

 

NOTICE:  Effective immediately our hospital will no longer offer a revolving charge account. All services provided will have to be paid at the time of service. We will continue to offer Care Credit as a means for you to pay your bill, as well as keep a credit card on file. If you have any questions please call our office.
